We have a 3100 that is faulting out with a 0061 and causing entrapments. Checked sheaves, belts, rails, shoes, brake, motor connections.
any other advice?

check 2 hoisway magnets at the end of the shaft.

Thanks...That appears to took care of it. One of the magnets was not exactly lined up. When several passengers would get in it, the additional weight was enough for it not to make up.
