Hi guys,

I have a 2004 monospace that has been having some issues with landing about a foot above bottom floor and throwing a 108 error a lot lately. It also had 0213 up but wasn't affecting the lift operation.

I had a mate from Kone tell me to do a LON download (force download) to find the missing node but after completing it the top floor calls on the hall buttons won't call the lift.

The lift is a 2 stop through car on both level G and level 1 and the through car floor heights are the same height on both levels.

I have tried a shaft learn but it finds 3 floors when there is only 2 but through car on both floors. It also throws an error 0213 but the LON download doesn't seem to fix it.

As mentioned earlier the top floor buttons on both sides work but they only operate the bottom floor just as the bottom floor calls do. The car calls work fine between both floors.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Jadam,

I wish it was that easy, I can't even begin to look at a shaft learn until I clear the 0213 fault as the lift can't find any floor boards.

All associated cabling and floor boards are all pk, no red led's indicating faults but there is an option board below the 375 main card with a red led on it and I'm wondering if this is part of the serial that could be causing the fault.

Anyone had this happen before?

Fault 0213, not floor noted found... check the communication and resistance.

option board shouldn't have anything to do with that error, but you can just take it off too and see.. is there light in the hoistway and shaft on the lce?

I have no car or hoistway communication led's on the Map panel but resistance is fine at 120 ohms for the shaft and 150 ohms for the car.

I have checked all pins in all the plugs from the LCECPU but there isn't status LED's on the 375 CPU that indicate whether you have comms or not.

Then check the hoistway floorboards, if any of them are whit red led light flashing, you can also move the 120ohm resistance to the first floorboard and se if the communication led on the led is ok, aften that move it to the next and so on.

I have checked all of the floor boards and all have green leds up.

I also have the 5v ok led in the CPU and tested it back to the map panel and I get voltage at the map panel but no car and hoistway leds.

I can only guess it is the CPU or map panel board. Surely it's not the ADO board as that doesn't have any serial connection.

I have now plugged in hyper terminal with a laptop and I get communication at the map panel but nothing at the floor boards or the LCE CPU.

We have now purchased a new CPU and KNX board to replace what's there and I was just wondering if we can take the chip off the existing one and put it on the new CPU to maintain all the current parameters. Will this work?

First check the Tachometer, clean or change.

When you have F 0213 also can ran the Hostway ran by click on menu and go to 5-2-1 but elevator should be in certain area at the bottom floor (an inch down)
