Hi guys,

Have a really odd issue with a kone lift at the moment. It is a 2 stop through car (2 floors opposite each other on G and 2 floors opposite each other on level 1).

The lift is about 20 years old and is starting to go south. It has a permanent 0213 fault up and can't find any floor nodes and doesn't have any hoistway or car comms led's up on the map panel.

We have tried the following with no success:

*LON download 5 7 1 and 5 7 2
*Shaft learn
*Tested all cabling through car comms and floor boards
*Hooked up hyper terminal on the map panel across TX and RX and had communication.
*Hooked up hyper terminal on LCECPU serial lines but didn't have any communication.
*Replaced LCECPU and used old Dallas chip
*Replaced KNX interface board
*Replaced ADO board

Unfortunately none of the above has worked and the lift seems to be getting worse. After performing a LON download the lift will now only travel up and down between any floor in the car but from the hall calls, G floor buttons will call the lift and work, level 1 hall buttons will work but will now also call the lift only to G floor and not up to level 1.

The lift will also sometimes start flickering between "out of service" and back into service while opening and closing the doors constantly and sometimes only partially.

POSSIBLE REASONS
Power late or no power in riser

PREFERRED ACTIONS
Check whether the power late or riser and unplug the riser.

I know the fault code but what is meant by riser? The LCEFCB boards??

If so, they all have a green led and all have power on the plugs.

It's not just the hoistway comms though, it's the car comms as well. I'm trying to figure out whether it's the dallas chip causing the issues or whether it's worth performing a drive setup from scratch.

It's just strange that we've replaced all floor boards, LCECPU, KNX board and the ADO board and still no comms.

Comms comes from the CPU and fed individually to the car, shaft and map panel.

Is it also a thing that the floor boards have to orientatated a certain way to perform a correct roll call?

Can you car call different floors from control panel? If so there is not Hostway Issue.

Can you car call from inside of car? if so there is no car board issue.

If you couldn't car call just from landing floor the problem mostly about FCBs, but not just the FCB of that floor.
