Trying to do a HW learn on DMC. 3-stop Hydro. Start off on BDL running up, but get to 2nd floor and WD LED on Selector goes off. Car will continue to run up, but get a 62 fault from Selector and a 20 fault from CLC. Have sent selector boards off twice for repair and CLC once. Boards are supposedly good. Voltages are good. 3V battery is good. Not sure if still having a board issue or missing something.

Move you BDL down a little bit. Or open the manual lowering and close it real quick to drop the car slightly then start the learn

What 20 fault? If it's 20-002 it might be that the floors were not validated correctly. If it's a 3 stop front only parameters 52 and 56 should be 7. If whoever set it up didn't look at the table they might have chosen 3. Which is a 2 stop.

Check your switch tree mounted to the car. Those switches sometimes break the shunts or wires inside the switch.

You need to make sure the magnets are in the holders on your main sensor card in the selector. Without those the sensors on the aux sensor card can't read any pulses. They do not always come in a new sensor card. They may have to be swapped over from the old card.

Even if the magnets are there, it's telling you it's not reading pulses from the encoder holes as it runs. In this case not reading any holes will throw a 62 fault, it doesn't have to be backwards, it can be non existent.

The 20 fault from the clc is just a byproduct of the selector giving a fault I believe

Did you replace the aux sensor, they always fail. I keep 3 on the truck at all times
