Hi guys,

Possibly an easy one for some on here. We are now looking after a TKE MRL and it is about 7 or 8 years old.

Not 100% sure on the model but it went through it's top overtravel yesterday and the only way we could drive it back down below it's limit was via pit inspection which is strange. We all know that different companies use different reset procedures/methods but just wondering if anyone knows the standard TK method?

I've been told turning the door access device on the pit doors 5 or 6 times resets the lift and puts it back into normal operation but that isn't working. Do we need the TK tool as we are getting one tomorrow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
