Sorry just looked back and I see you do have prints! Do you have a service tool?
Have you verified the switch functions, the wiring is good and or all is registering?

Running the car up on inspection out of the hole..usually does the trick....provided it is not a hard fault...It sounds like an old version of 211..with the diagnostic chip..cannot plug in to access..without upgrade software..might be time to break out the prints..
