Have a 3 stop LRV3 at least once a month gets stuck with doors closed, exit elevator light on, if doors are forced open nudging buzzer goes off and door nudges close and thats it!!! have to reset controller in order to run. i know its not much info but thats all i have. any idea what may be the cause? maybe bad magnetic sensors on COP? any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You unlucky bastard.
Do you know if it was upgraded to the lrv 4?That would be the pc controller behind the cop.

Check your door locks, gate switch and cam switches in the door operator, assuming it's the otis version of gal,QL.

Reseat the plugs on the pc board behind the cop.

just something I have found on LRV'S, 75% of the problems are caused by the door open, door close relays. these are the 2 black plastic modules that plug in to the relay board. I always replaced these before doing anything elese.

Had a similar problem. Check your voltages off the power supply above your processor board. If the voltages are fine, possibly the processor board.
