elevatorpat newbie Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 28 Florida	Question- I have heard so many things about the TAC32, IMS will work, IMS wont work, everything under the sun... We may take over some TAC32's, 3 stops,, hydro. Is there a special tool I don't know about to work on this? We have many TAC20's on service that work with the IMS tool. Will they work on the brand new TAC32? Only had 1 opportunity to survey the job and didn't have the tool... Any help is much appreciated.

Rolly old hand Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 736	Check your IMS Version Number. Think the number is under one of the sub-menus under Help. 2.3.x.x is 16 bit. 2.4.x.x and later is 32 bit.
