Quick question:
Why does BART have their own mechanics?
Why doesn't Local 8, service the elevators/escalators. Is their conflict between IUEC and the union that represents BART? I just came across this, so I was just wondering how this all pans out. I wonder if the BART employees leave and join the IUEC.
