The fault is motor too hot. The motor thermister is active, or a loose connection are possible causes. It will return to service after fault is cleared.

I believe they started shipping motors with a spare thermistor inside the connection box if your lucky enough to have one of them.

Car was stuck in overhead with counterweight buffered out and car in safeties. Assuming everytime car would try running down, thermistor would trip spitting out 104 fault. Going back tomorrow to pull out and see what the hell caused it in the first place. Thanks for the responses.
