The brake gap of KONE MX10 machine will be from 0.05 to 0.1mm. Normally 0.08mm.
For NMX11 machine, it will be 0.2 to 0.35mm.
The NMX11 brake gap is larger than mx10 brake because of the magnetic power of the material change.

If the brake gap is bigger than normal, there will be big noise when working. If the mx10 brake gap is over 0.4mm, the brake will be half opened, the traction sheave will touch the brake which will make the brake and the machine heated.
