Dmc selector and tree switches. Starting intermittently running on to stop ring. Start with the usual suspect of switches or wiring in the tree. All is good with them. In trouble shooting it, found if you have the TSL or the UTS switch engaged at take off, the car will not leave the floor until released. Makes sense, however, once in travel, if either switch or both are activated the car will not slow down. Car will go into slow down at the top floor(two stop) most of the time even when the switch or switches have been activated mid travel and did not slow down. If we pull wire off of UTS 1 terminal or TSL2 terminal at the COP or in machine room car will stop traveling but motor keeps turning. This acts correctly according to the prints. We had a spare main selector board on us, so we changed it, after doing this the car will stop when switches have been activated mid flight, but car did run on stop ring once after we changed the board.

Open for suggestions.

Well, assuming the switch tree wiring is good from the switches through unistrut to the COP terminals, have you checked the valve itself? Have you observed the slowdown inputs on the FAST tool or it’s equivalent?

Try the strainers for the valve. There are (2) for up. One is under the up block (remove the large bolt in the center and the one going thru the block). You will most likely need to replace the seal when you do this and be careful not to drop it in the oil. The other one is on the up leveling adjuster. Remove the (2) 7/16 bolts and remove the strainer. I see a lot of gunk build up especially if it has the sound pad material under the cover of the tank. The pad starts to brake down and get stuck ion the valve. Blow it out and use a lighter.

How is the transition and leveling? Could be the leveling controlled from the CPU needs to be adjusted. Did this job dump memory lately? use your laptop and open Selector, make sure its present and then go to adjustments. This will allow you to change the count that leveling begins. Also check your Hostway values match your saved values

Hope this helps
