Ok so i am going to presume that you have checked the limits are not to close at the top floor etc etc

And that you have done the resolver auto tune 6_70

Are you storing the parameters using initial settings 6_98 then cycling the power after setting resolver angle to 0 ?

And 6_99 to store in permanent memory?

Try changing the motor type and then back to your required type and the go through the parameters and store.
