Are the settings on the low side of what's recommended?
Did you try increasing your settings?
Any chance you can get a tac on it and test the speed for insp and acc?
Did you look in the hidden menu to see if any thing is in there for 2800?

If you place the car 3' above the bottom floor, will it run down? How much (2")?
