look at ulr, dlr,tsv and esv settings first see if anything looks out of ordinary . if you have another car you can compare, they won't be exact, but should be fairly close.
next look at fcp if all looks good, then check all parameters . could be a bad board, or maybe one of the parameters been corrupted. usually when we get a new swift on service it is a good idea to go to job and save the parameters . wizard software helps tremendously.
