Yep the OP isn't specific enough. If the car can run, and there is enough room to lift and the CWT isn't landed you should be able to get the gear out. If not the car may have to be lifted via block and tackle, even from thru the rope hole in the MR floor, which I have seen before. If the car is slipping then the fitters can even use the traction sheave to lift the car via soft slings.
