Yes you will get scrap paper if I remember correctly, and you'll likely need it. Take your time for the reading part, can be tricky, but pace yourself throughout the test. Make sure you understand what you are looking at for the mechanic aptitude part. Standard test taking stuff really. The test is not hard but you can't mess around because it's timed.
