Indirtwetrust ElevatorPractitioner Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 1,538 Local 18	Are you just reading voltage to the Encoder or reading each channel to ground while slowly turning the motor to see them go high and low? If you didn’t replace the Encoder I suspect it got wet too.
