I bought an elevator on e-bay with the plan to install it in an office building. The cost of installing the elevator was 10 times the cost of the elevator. I was able to find someone to buy the elevator itself but that person didn't want the TAC-20(the elevator was being shipped ant that person didn't want a thyssenkrupp controller).

The TAC-20 is New - Never used or installed.
