Lb relay has intermittent no pick, and it appears one side of the coil is controlled by a LVIB board. The car randomly shuts down while leave the upper or lower landings only, and throws a safety chain fault. All safety have been jumped out and the c relay doesn't drop. Any insight would be appreciated.
