First thing, I’d do several NTS tests to make sure that is working correctly. You should get a 1062 and the car does an NTS stop and keeps running. The 1086 is ETS, what you get when NTS fails. The ETS sensors are on the Auxiliary Sensor card (back selector board.) I suspect a failure of that board could cause this. Or the ETS/NTS signals getting back to the controller through travel cable wires or the CWI board in the car.
