The last couple years the tech support at Magnetek has been getting pretty bad, call backs are getting very infrequent to nonexistent. If they didn't call you back the same day, your call just got deleted. You basically had to hope someone picked up. Well, they have changed now that mechanics can no longer call them direct, you have to go thru the OEM controller manufacture. Called the OEM, spent time reading along the manual with them like I didn't/couldn't try that on my own. Let's get Magnetek involved. Great. Hold for 10 min., great we have them all set up. What?
