So we normally don't deal with residential units for liability reasons. they are generally installed like crap, and owners never want to fix the defects, just want to get it running again. These units are a perfect example, they had to shut their doors due to the amount of failures with the gearboxes. They left all the end users out to dry, along with most of the dealers.

Anyway, I have a friend who purchased a home with one in it, but there is no documentation onsite and the manufacture refuses to share any information, does anyone have prints and documentation for these units, its about 5 years old.
