call into the phone from another line, after you hear diddle- diddle-diddle slowly press #94851 for programming mode- you will hear three beeps to let you know you are in ,there are four number locations that must be programmed to dial a number or erased for ring-down lines/ enter # 0 (number)*# ,you will hear three beeps, then enter # 1 (number) * # ,the same for the 3rd and 4th numbers ,to record a location message press # 7 after the beep speak into the handset to record your message press 0 to end ,to hear your message press # 8 ,if you don't like your message just enter # 7 again and record your message then 0 to stop, # # hangs up the phone then you can test it .tell the operator to press * 0 to hang the elevator phone up before they end the call.
