does anyone have any experience with fedral elevator lulu lifts we were called in by owner who said the company that installed the lift walked away the plc seems to be in some kind of safe mode it just flashes the output going to the hall buttons and won;t take a direction if anybody had a trouble shooting manual for these or knows where to get one that would be great; the manufacture has not returned my calls for assitance

Try turning both the 110 & 220 disconnects off. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. Then call it to the lowest landing and send it to the top. It should be ok after that. We have found that after a power outage the unit locks up. Cycling both disconnects usually does the trick.

Had similar problem years ago. Found an input that was labelled in drawing but no wire going to it. Jumped 24v to it and problem went away. Problem would happen every 6 months or so. Ended up leaving wire in place and never had the issue again.

My bad, had wire going to an unmarked input. Applied 24v and cleared problem.
