Car generates a 2815 fault. During the cycle test it drops EES C and the DGR ((doorand gate)relay before allowing a run. The EES and C relays function fine and drop then repick as they should. The output CIO never toggles thus allowing DGR to stay picked.
I have been able to toggle the CIO output via the tool. The relays are in good shape and we did try a different EES relay with the same results.

Sorry a quick correction.
The door gate relay is actually GDS.
This problem occurs on inspect as well as normal. The route mechanic did swap the LCMLB with a spare but the problem remained.

Do you know if this has the old mlb board..or has it been upgraded with the remote FUJI relays?

These cars have the remote relays.

The problem turned out to be a faulty LCR contact. Another example of an error code leading one in the wrong direction.
