I need the hand tool to program hall boards? I replaced one hall board and no take hallcall on that floor .Any suggestions. Tac 50/04.

Hall board, you mean the card inside the gutter? HN board? If thats what you replaced PM me.

To program or learn the HN's board you should do it by using the IMS, on the Remote FAST window, hit the followig commands:
-TECCR to clrear the the existing progrannations.
-TECC to learn all the communications.

Than you can do a TECF/R for testing if there is any HN missing or a DHNF/R to see the states of all HN's.

If the issue is teach in the HN boards, i'm sure.

-TECCR-clear the existing programming
-TECC- to learn all the communications devices including HN's, of course.

VERIFICATIONS (CHECKS)
-TECF (if one access) TECR (for 2nd access)-check if there's any HN faulty.
-DHNF (if 1 access)- show the states of all HN's (version, communicating or not, etc)
-DHNR (for 2nd acccess).
