Hi guys, I have problem with KONE,
is it possible fix that errors 0021 and 0102?

The 102 is an over-current,it may happen when you try pulling through the Brake. you may want to make sure the Brakes are picking. Make sure they pick on a re-level. A 21 will be thrown almost every time you open the Safety circuit or go on inspection service. It will also happen when you have an error like a 102.

One other thing that can cause a 102 is a stuck Buffer Test Button. Usually though it is the Over-Current error.

had an issue similar to this a few weeks back, that fault came up with a 120-1025 fault if i remember correctly which was stating no current foun on leg. since i have updated drive software and havent had any issues since. it was a KDL16L
