I have an Otis E335m controller with a dsd 412 drive that is having leveling issues. It always overshoots the floors about an inch in both directions then levels back to the floor perfectly. Selector checks out ok LU DZ LD all show up in the proper sequence. Any suggestions?

Is it using a tape reader? If so, the guides may be worn to much, giving it to much play.
When every circuit board is made. They put a little magic smoke inside.

It does have a tape selector and all the guides have been replaced
|

If you place the car on test & inspection. Move it up or down a few inches, leave it in test mode, turn off inspection, does it level in properly?

Not sure we just got the account. It doesn't show any other signs of not being calibrated correctly.
