Otis 311 Fault

I am having an issue on an Otis 311. The service tool fault code is INVERTER OCU FAULT. The fault only occurs when traveling in the down direction once it gets up around contract speed. not on 1 floor runs. any help would be appreciated

OCU might be over current, so check your dynamic brake resistors.
