travator Vtravis T Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 35	Hello Having communication problems with a tac 20. Have a two car group, cars 2 and 3, problem with car 2. IMS will connect to car 3 but not car 2 when it is plugged into either controller. Changed 188E but still cannot connect to upload eeprom. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

xxXBlazeXxx member Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 153 Ga.	You have to upload software with Hyper Terminal. Will that not connect? IMS will not till you upload the needed files.
