Awful is right. Once my mind and imagination settled down, lock out tag out came to mind and just about every other car top safety measure I know. Very very unfortunate indeed. Graphic footage folks.
I don't see how he could have been crushed as the blood was comeing from above the car. Seems to me the guy fell down the hoistway and landed on the car top.
