Have a Otis spec 60 that some one knocked in the hall button and it quit working. Ordered a new board and set the address the same as old button but the new button does not work and the light lights up when a hall call is placed on another floor and goes out when that call is canceled. Any ideas?

switch buttons with the floor affected and change address on the other floors board. May be a bad address switch

Note that the Old boards with cut jumpers for address, the new boards are opposite with the dip switches. Cut on Old is Closed on the dip switch.
