Why should you spend time compiling maintenance guidelines? That should be your companies problem, then once those guidelines are found out, they can then forward that information to you.
But in the meantime;
Make sure you keep those car and cwt rail oilers topped off. Oh...and those rubber wheels on the governor encoder are good for maybe 4/5 years before they dry up and fall off. And another thing...be sure to replace the back up batteries located in that car top box thing every three years.
Other than these things I don't have a clue as I don't know much about them other than those little VF16L drives (or something like that) are obsolete...so I hear. One more thing; if your units have the COP's that lift straight up to remove...find out the part numbers of both left and right plastic retainer clips (lousy cheap design IMO) and keep a small supply of small machine screws and nuts so when those clips break...and with new clips and your cordless drill, you can fix it. And get some dryzit or some absorbent stuff to put on the pit floor at the rail brackets if you don't already know why.
Good luck
