Hello guys
I have a problem of our elevator.
It's running automatic and normal but it has a time that when the door close, it won't run, the indicator tells the direction but the floor level tells no indication ('- -')
. When we reset the elevator, it's still not running.

you should call a reputable elevator company.

you must know a error by a tools , by the way may be need to do a DCS start run to check doors , this mode is important by tools

i have doubt there is a problem in RSL (serial communication)
check the 30Vdc power supply, Ground , D1 and D2.
