I have a fault on a thyssenkrupp swift futura.
Lift will not initiate and comes up fault 21. The lift will drive on inspection.
Flash/Eprom read/write error. This error will prevent the car from operating. Verify settings of par,fcp, ulr, dlr, tsv and esv parameters with tge terminal. Has anyone had this error?

look at ulr, dlr,tsv and esv settings first see if anything looks out of ordinary . if you have another car you can compare, they won't be exact, but should be fairly close.
next look at fcp if all looks good, then check all parameters . could be a bad board, or maybe one of the parameters been corrupted. usually when we get a new swift on service it is a good idea to go to job and save the parameters . wizard software helps tremendously.

I'm going to compare parameters with another lift. Possibly chip damaged on board. Parameters seem similar with other lifts.

Found spu board faulty.

Another trick, is to type GET at the command line. Any parameter missing or out of range will be reported. Common EEprom error or flash memory(newer boards).For some reason it tends to affect the EUR,EDR settings more often. If it keeps reoccurring after you do the SPU, replace the SPU power supply.
