I have several Miconic A traction controllers installed in the early 90's that are starting to have drive issues (RELIANCE) and or totally lose drive function to the motors and are shut down. I've send one of the faulty drives to be looked at/repaired to World, ACCESS and ECI with no luck.
Schindler utilized a Reliance Regen Drive that Baldor bought out years after but, does not support it anymore! Does anyone know who makes a replacement drive (without to much reconfig) for the obsolete Reliance Drives installed on this controller? Schindler only sells the boards at a MONSTER mark up $$ and not a complete Reliance drive assembly.

Try using Access Electronic's in MD. 301-645-1733.

There has to be 1,000's of Miconic A's out there suffering from drive issues deemed terminal at some point, that Schindler has had to come up with a retrofit by now I would think?
