ACD=03 out of service
E072=When common DC22V power supplied to HALL LON and IND has failed. When DC22V power falls down to specified voltage.

How many elevators are in your building? Are they all Otis units?

Hi. There is 13 lifts in this building. Yup all in Sigma OTIS. Since this is MRL lift, im guessing inside hoistway controller some parts are damage. The only main issue is the lift now on TOP floor level.

hello my lifts door always open and cannot properly closed if rain and strong wind...need to reset controller and lift running as usual...my question is why this happen and how to solve this problem...have 3 lift but only one happen this...please anybody can help me how to solve this problem..

Sigma Otis lifts is doors doesn't perfectly open. Even the gate endways key doesn't work.

I think your bad lift need to do the car door self-learn again and input the right opening/closing door torque parameters.
