hello,
have this unit that keeps shutting down. when i get there the car is always leveled at any giving floor with the doors closed. the error Leds all flash simultaneously. i am only able to return car to service by resetting CPU. has anyone experienced these symptoms?

You're gonna need to communicate with the controller via laptop or whatever plug in tool. How do you know they're "fault" LEDs?

The Early 311E..have the binary fault leds on the mcss board.by adding them all together will give you a discriptive flt.

thanks for the help all, was able to get a hold of a manual.

so when all binary fault leds are flashing, it means that the controller "timed out waiting for a ready to run signal". i ended up finding out that the contacts for L relay was hanging up preventing M relay from picking.

Could be a ad aux contact. If it doesn't pass the CIO check it will flash all the binary lites. DBD in the inputs needs to go hi and low. Check the DBD input on the mcss brd and follow the circuit back to see what not making.
