I am having trouble finding prints for a Garaventa Xpress II wheelchair lift. The lift will run but one side does not lift the arm up and lower the ramp. Any help is appreciated

Its possible the Pin which keeps the arm in place has sheared or the pin that keeps the gear tight on the motor shaft is loose or shattered. I've had to replace each many times. Assuming the cam is in the right place and its not a relay, check for voltage at the motor.
