LRV4 non enhanced.
3stop
happens at all floors.
Have discharged SuperCap.
Problem returns immediately.
Doors will close after car call is pushed and door close button is pressed.(this symptom has changed in varying degrees)
Monitor all inputs at board. (electronic edge, DOL, DOB ,old safety edge input all working normally.)

Changed Hall Interface board due to another symptom. New board did same thing.
When the units gets to top floor(3rd) led lights(3U,HPI1,HPI4,4D,HPI3,4DL,3DL,1UL) all light up.
The hall pi lights are reading correctly, and 1 up light isnt physically on.
All hall buttons work normally and will answer call and cancel once the elevator is moving.
Discharging the Super Cap is the only way to get rid of led's. Comes back once it hits 3.

Have monitored the position inputs(OK), all PI's working correctly

CPU on its way, just wondering if something else could be causing this.

You mentioned the conditions when doors finally closed changing to varying degrees. Is it possible that Door Open Aromat Relay is staying in with residual magnetism when Door Close relay energized? If that is the case then the doors won’t move. I know I have fought this on LRV/LRS.

I have found on those type of ralays when used on DC door motors, the contacts will pit in the direction of current flow. A peak developes on one side and a valley on the other, eventually they will lock together preventing the relay from dropping. I see it on MCE a lot too with both the Aromat and LY4N relays.

Does this have a GAL operator? Make sure the DCL is made up good when the doors are open.
