Hi Guys:
Got error code 0108
Kone KCM831 with V3F16L drive
When try to run down on inspection, elevator drift up and shutdown.
Any idea can help.

the fault code says it is a Tach error, or a load balance error.

Strip and clean out the Tacho then double check load weigher is calibrated (menu 5 submenu 1 should read close to 0 empty car mid shaft. Number displayed is % of load).

Will check out the tach tomorrow.
As for the load weighter, I cannot run car down because every time try to run down. The elevator drift up and shutdown.
Is there any way to run the car by disable the load weighter?
Or what is the % of the load shoulf be when can @ top ?

I think u can set 5-1 to 50% for construction if i remember

By Tacho, do You mean the Encoder?

Im having the same issue! Were you ever able to figure it out?

Clean the encoder, adjust the load weight 50% and 0% top and button shaft.

After that a new shaft setup is a good idear

Look like you have broken DCBL board.
