TK LEV residential elevator. The car is slightly below the 1st level and 'd' is flashing. I have manually cranked it up to where it clears the lower limit switch, I hear the relay click. And things go back to normal. But when I press either floors call button, the car does not go to either level. It descends again to below 1st level and d flashes again. Ideas???

Btw. Both stop switches are on however I am not familiar with the slack chain switch which could be another source of the problem.
