Hope there is some big o experts around today. I’ve got a 1 year and 4 month old duplex set of Gen2’s 9 stops. One year and 1 day after turnover O washed their hands of the units. They won’t take billable calls and had no interest in a service contract on the units. That seemed a little fishy first off.

So what I’ve got one of the two cars will periodically go down. Always on first floor with doors closed. Safe and safe2 are always dropped and safe1 is always high. Only way to get car running is to switch to MR inspection which will make safe and safe2 high. Then run the car all the way up in too final. Jump L2s to pes turn back to normal and the car will take off in automatic.

So my question my run1 feeds directly to my safe2,run2 and safe where could I be losing it. Could this be a IOBD board issue or a software glitch. O changed out every possible board and device on the unit. Including IOBD before they dropped the unit. Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated
