We recently took over a Kone Resolve 20 elevator. This unit is supposed to be non-proprietary, but we can't get a copy of the manual for troubleshooting (codes). Does anyone know where to find one?
Trying to troubleshoot an issue with a Reynolds and Reynolds battery rescuing system on a con a result of 20 SC limited information on the job troubleshot the Reynolds and Reynolds unit that is doing everything it is supposed to do but when we drop the mainline disconnect we have a MD jumped on the Reynolds and Reynolds controller the rope gripper pics Then drops then pics again the controller goes into a fault don’t have a fall logbook on the job or sequence of operations that tell me what the elevator supposed to do after that
Under normal power the unit runs fine. When we trip out the Reynolds and Reynolds TPVM-400INT-40 the unit faults out with the following faults - 170, 101, 26, 105 then the R&R unit times out (it will not go into recovery phase).
