I have a project that our customer is asking us to add a basement floor front opening by adding a new 42” x 96” Muntz #8 center opening entrance assembly (jam, doors, sill) and push button. Otis states they do not sell software to competitors. They only provide the doors and not the jams but we will handle that issue on our end with a different entrance provider.
Can I add the capabilities to add the basement floor front opening on an Otis 211 hydro? Below are the floors.
Basement floor - rear
1st floor - front and rear with fire service
2nd floor - rear
3rd floor - front and rear
