An inspector was on site and after attempting to test firemans service the elevator lost programming, probably due to him killing power without proper shutdown. We let the emergency battery charge overnight and used the reset procedure and we reloaded the software from a USB that we had made as a backup. But the firemans service is still non functional, anyone with the software needed to reload firemans?

Wouldn't the backup have had have the fire mans service on it?

if you have done right assigment of JNFF and not work you'll need chip card that is configrated by Schindler. It will include fire service BR_ option. Also there are some diffrent ways.
Also how could you download SW via usb. 3300 only allows MMC card.

JNFF = Switch Firefighter Service (NC) (For the fireman to start Fire Service mode)

Is it FW Switch in TKE for Fire Service....?
