Hi ,

Need some Good ideas !!!!!

Controller: idec izumi fa-2j plc controller

Traction, 6 stop.... copenhagen😊😊

Problem:

In position normal the elevator Burns 2 of the 3
Main fuses on the 3 phases that goes into the
Elevator control room (machine room)

No problems in position Manuel on top of cabin !!!!
I Can drive the elevator up and Down in position slow
Speed .... “the danish monteur position” !!!

Fuses Burns only when the High speed relay is activated
( in position “ normal”)

And i have replaced the High speed relay, but the elevator
Keeps on burning fuses

What kind of drive? Or, is this a 2-speed AC motor with high speed windings bad?

not too familiar with that type but wondering if you can disconnect the motor from the controller and then try running it on high speed... see if the fuses then pop without the motor connected, that'll at least either eliminate the motor as an issue or if it only pops with the motor connected then i would assume its related to the motor. again not familiar with this setup so im not even sure you can do that? either way interested in what you find so please keep us updated!
