Lone Ranger
A new customer that was added in March, their only Elevator went out. Of course covid stopped it all until recently with things opened up. Drove nearly 2hrs to get it up...well. I wasn't aware that it was a 3300. about 3yrs old. Number of obstacles u can imagine. Special black key to open controller...which customer didn't know about. Long story short . tried top of car inspection with both doors bypassed. Nothing, followed instructions on controller 101 ...something which red ERR LED went away.
Tried TOC insp again...cam picked. No movement,
Several attempts made. What would keep these units from running on cartop insp? Got 3577...guess that's a fault? On fault 577 on the 3rd floor?...im guessing really. No prints are on site.
I'm not sure what's the difference between 3300 &3300XL. Does anyone have a troubleshooting guide? Much appreciated. Stay safe
