Otis 211 top floor hall call doesn’t stay lite, call locks in but light doesn’t

The LED may have failed or the connection on the back of the button (on the plug itself) may have come loose.

Thanks Elm thought I posted solution, turns out Bldg owner thought he could fix loose button and reversed plug and me being me made it to complicated
